TERMS OF SERVICE
General agreement, licensing parameters, and booking terms for our property media services.
1. SERVICE PROVISION
Valorframe Property Visual provides architectural and property media capture services, including high-end photography, certified floor plans, drone operations, and virtual staging. Deliverables are provided as digital assets. While next-day turnaround is our default standard, specific premium packages (such as virtual staging or twilight grading) may require up to 48 hours for delivery.
2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Booking slots are reserved upon confirmation. To maintain operational efficiency:
- Cancellations or rescheduling are free if completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the booking value, unless a like-for-like slot booking is completed by another client to fill the original opening.
3. LICENSING & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights and copyrights in the media assets captured (including photography, plans, scans, and videos) remain the exclusive property of picturebyck limited. Upon receipt of full payment:
- The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the media assets for marketing, print campaigns, web listings, and editorial publications.
- Sublicensing, selling, or transferring raw or edited media to third-party photography agencies or visualization portals is strictly prohibited without written consent.
4. BILLING & VAT
All prices quoted online or via direct invoice are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are generated upon digital delivery of assets and are due within 14 days. We reserve the right to suspend media hosting links or restrict access to downloads for accounts with unpaid or overdue invoices.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for scheduling delays, equipment failure, or adverse weather conditions that prevent safe capture (such as heavy rainfall preventing drone flights). In cases of force majeure, we will reschedule the shoot at the earliest opportunity at no extra cost to the client.
